This is a command line program that allows users to create .bin/.imp/.manifest/.relo (b.i.m.r.) packages by using a master XML file. The documentation is very detailed and it is extremely important to read it before using this program. Proper usage of this program allows users to add new textures, make walls buildable and even edit the existing campaigns.

This Binmaker package was released on June 23rd, 2007.

This program is obsolete and should not be used with Patch 1.07 or the Mod SDK.
