The SVN mentioned above is down. For some unknown reason, the author took it down today. It nearly ruined my attempt to bring Refpack compression for OS BIG Editor, but fortunatelly, I had a backup of the source code somewhere in one of my hard disks. KUDr will be credited in the next version of OS BIG Editor, of course. If anyone is interested in the source code of this program, I can upload it here. According to the author, it's free for non-commerical usage.

They are inside the files that are inside the .BIG files. So, some ini files uses refpack and other type of files as well. Refpack compresses the size of these files greatly, specially text files.
